Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or offices, providing expert guidance and exceptional service throughout the buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
• Demonstrate product features, materials, and customization options
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and match them to the right products
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed
